Grosbeak: Standard - The Original
The Standard Grosbeak.
A beautifully sized feeder having
1 1/2 gallons of seed capacity.
24" length, 11" width, 10 1/2" height
(sets 8" above the deck's rail)
Like all Hurley-Byrd bird feeders,
it's crafted of premium grade western
red cedar, extra thick 1/4" Plexiglas in
the hopper and is fully assembled with
ceramic coated steel and brass screws.
The roof enjoys a full length brass
plated hinge protecting the hopper's
contents from rain and melting snow.
Available is an optional shop installed
seed splitter in the hopper's base (directs
seed to the feeding platform) and a
solid brass hook and eye latch is
also available for those wanting to
protect the feeder's seed from prying
critters or for installations in
windy locations (highly recommended.)

The Large Grosbeak was a new
addition in 2009 and is designed for those
having larger deck rails (more than 5 1/2"
of width) or people needing higher capacity
bird feeders. This feeder will fit the rails
noted above plus all wider railings too.
With 2+ gallon seed capacity, its 30" length
14" width and superior beauty, this feeder
makes a wonderful addition to any bird
lover's feeding station and home.
As with the Original Grosbeak, the
Large Grosbeak is crafted using premium
sheeting and comes with a free
shop installed seed splitter and
solid brass hook & eye latch.
