Signing up for The Hurley-Byrd Community News is easy and extremely safe. We use a company named Constant Contact that specializes in newsletter processing to make it very simple to subscribe, to protect your private information and to unsubscribe if you desire. All quick and easy.
Here are a few FAQ's:
1. What you will receive?: The Hurley-Byrd Community News is designed to be interesting,
to provide wildlife tips, feeding information and a means to view new introductions and specials.
- We present various birds and animals in each regular issue highlighting their habits, interesting facts and of course feeding tips.
- Interesting stories and pictures from our readers.
- New product introductions will be spotlighted in the newsletter first. The new items are typically offered to our newsletter subscribers who then have an opportunity to purchase these limited quantity special offers before the general public consumes the offer. You will be the first to "meet" the new products and in some cases, special offers can only be accessed through the newsletter itself.
2. How often will you receive our newsletter?: We will not bombard you!
- Typically, you will receive The Hurley-Byrd Community News about once a month. During fall, Christmas and the winter months, we may have special offers during these peak feeding times and it's not unusual for us to send one regular newsletter and one special offer announcement each month. It is highly unlikely you will receive more than this.
3. Is your personal information safe?: Absolutely!!!!
- Any and all information we receive from you is perfectly safe. It will never be sold, transferred or used in any other way than to ship your purchases, receive our newsletters, etc... We value privacy as much as you and will not compromise your contact information. You are completely safe with us! See our privacy policy.
- Again, we use Constant Contact, a company specializing in newsletter contacts and they have the latest technology in privacy controls. Our contract with them guarantees YOUR PRIVACY. They maintain our list of newsletter contacts and follow our instructions explicitly for maintaining your information and the delivery of newsletters. They also have a very simple, automatic "opt-out" program from our newsletter. Be assured, your information is safe with The Hurley-Byrd Bird Feeder Co. and Constant Contact.
4. How can you opt-out of the newsletter?:
- Every newsletter has a simple "opt-out" link at the bottom of the page. A simple click on the link and Constant Contact removes you from our list immediately and permanently.
- If you wish to resubscribe to The Hurley-Byrd Community News, you simply follow any "newsletter" link found throughout our web site and you can opt back in.
