Financial Handling - The Hurley-Byrd Bird Feeder Co. has selected Paypal as it's primary e-commerce financial transactor. Paypal's state-of-the-art security features and unprecedented reputation is directly in line with our way of doing business. Order by Phone - We now accept telephone orders Monday through Friday from 10:00AM to 7:00PM EST at 304-363-0199. For the Holiday season, you can reach us from 9:00AM to 9:00PM EST Monday through Saturday from the day after Thanksgiving through to Christmas. We will be happy to answer all your questions and help with special requests. During peak hours and the busy holiday season you may get our voice mail. Please leave your name and number and we'll call ASAP.

Shipping - We have teamed up with UPS and enjoy all their efficient shipping and tracking tools. We typically ship your order within a few days via UPS' Ground Service and notify you if there are any delays. If you require Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or 3 Day Services, contact us for an exact quote.

Shipping Cost - We have established a very simple rate policy for shipping and handling in the lower 48 states. See the list below for UPS Standard Ground Rates and you will see we use flat rate shipping for ease and money savings. If you require shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or Europe, please contact us for pricing. We will be more than happy to assist.

Christmas 2007 Shipping - How we ship for Christmas.

Each year in December we begin to manage our whole process for positive delivery of all orders in time for Christmas. If we have the item in stock and immediately available your order ships immediately. In some cases, we are scheduled to craft a certain product or line of products. This obviously delays immediate shipment but the schedule is set so everyone receives their Christmas gifts on time, typically well ahead of time.

If you need your order by a particular date, example: you are planning to leave for Grandma's house on December 14, you will obviously need your gifts before that date. Please advise us of your dated needs. We will positively make sure your

feeders are delivered when and where you need them.

Otherwise, your Christmas gifts

WILL POSITIVELY BE DELIVERED ON TIME!

Please work with us so everyone, including you, has their gifts on time.

Gift Shipping - When you place an order for a gift feeder, just let us know. We will remove our packing list and add one of our gift cards with your message inside. This is a free service to you and there is no charge for the card. During the check out process, you'll be asked to leave a "note" to us. Add your gift card message here and it will be forwarded to us along with your order. Furthermore, feel free to instruct us as to what particular day you want the package delivered. We'll contact UPS and schedule your gift to arrive on the special day or the day before. If there is anything we can do to assist you, please feel free to contact us. We're here to help.

Multiple Gift Locations - If you wish to have several feeders shipped to different locations, additional shipping costs are involved. Each feeder(s) destination will be charged the appropriate shipping as per the item(s) total cost. See shipping costs as noted above to figure each shipments cost. No matter what the total price of purchase, the order will be broken down into their respective packages and the appropriate pricing will be added together. e.g A $32.95 feeder ships for $6.95 and a $17.95 feeder ships for $8.95. Each order totaling $200.00 or more being shipped to one location will receive our free shipping offer.
