For the Holiday season, you can reach us from 9:00AM to 9:00PM EST Monday through Saturday beginning the Monday before Thanksgiving through Christmas. Shipping - We have chosen UPS to handle our shipping needs and enjoy all their efficient shipping and tracking tools. We typically ship your order within a few days via UPS' Ground Service and notify you if there are any delays. Your email address will be added to UPS' Tracking Program and they will forward an email with their intended delivery date and, if applicable, subsequent delivery date changes. Shipping Cost - For ease in calculating your total purchase, we have established a very simple flat rate shipping cost policy for all orders shipped to the the lower 48 states. FREE Christmas 2009 Shipping - How we handle shipping for Christmas.
Each year in December we begin managing our whole process for positive delivery in time for Christmas. If we have the item in stock and available, your order ships immediately. In some cases, we are scheduled to craft a certain product or line of products. This obviously delays immediate shipment but the schedule is set so everyone receives their
Christmas gifts on time, typically well ahead of time.
If you need your order by a particular date, (example: you plan on leaving for Grandma's house December 14th), you will obviously need your gifts before this date.
Please advise us of your dated needs by leaving instructions in the "notes" area during the checkout process or writing us. We will positively make sure your
feeders are delivered when and where you need them.
Otherwise, your Christmas gifts
WILL POSITIVELY BE DELIVERED ON TIME!
Please allow us to work this process so everyone, including you, have their gifts on time.
Some west coast areas require 6 days.

Gift Shipping - When you place an order for a gift feeder, just let us know. We will remove our packing list and add any gift message you desire. This is a free service to you and there is no charge for this service. During the check out process, you'll be asked to leave a "note" to us. Add your gift message in the notes area and it will be received here along with your order. Furthermore, feel free to instruct us as to what particular day you want the package delivered. We'll contact UPS and schedule your gift to arrive on the special day or the day before. If there is anything we can do to assist you, please feel free to contact us. We are here to help.
Multiple Gift Locations - A popular service offered here at Hurley-Byrd is for shipping several feeders to several different recipients, all with your special message to that person.
This service is free of charge but additional and appropriate shipping costs are involved.
Each feeder's destination will be charged the appropriate shipping as per the item's total cost. See shipping costs as noted above to figure each shipment's cost. No matter what the
total price of the purchase, the order will be broken down into their respective packages and
the appropriate shipping cost will apply. As examples: Each $39.95 feeder will ship for $8.95 and each $24.95 feeder will ship for $12.95. Each delivery location will
carry its appropriate shipping cost as outlined above.
