Shipping - We use FedEx, UPS, USPS to handle our shipping needs and enjoy all their efficient
shipping and tracking tools. We typically ship your order within a two to four days via FedEx Home
Delivery Service and will notify you if there are any further dealys.
Your email address will be added to FedEx's Tracking Program and they will forward an email with
their intended delivery date and, if applicable, subsequent delivery date changes.

Shipping Cost - As of October 2012, we have gone to a weight based Shopping Cart shiping cost calculator. To see your shipping options and costs, add the desired item to the Cart, supply your zip code and the cart will automatically calculate the actual shipping charge.

Payment and Shipping Information
How quickly will you receive your order?
Click on the FedEx map to the right and it will provide
rather accurate Days-in-Transit information.
We typically ship each order within 1 to 4 days of receiving
your order, sometimes the same day with in-stock items
and depending on FedEx's arrival time.
Shipping for Christmas 2012 (Tuesday, December 25, 2012).
Each year in December we begin managing the whole process for positive delivery in time for Christmas. If we have the item in stock and available, your order ships immediately. In some cases, we have scheduled certain products to be crafted on certain dates. This obviously delays immediate shipment but the schedule is set so everyone receives their
Christmas gifts on time, typically well ahead of time.
If you need your order by a particular date, (example: you plan on leaving for Grandma's house December 14th), you will obviously need your gifts before this date.
Please advise us of your dated needs by leaving instructions in the "notes" area during the checkout process or writing us. We will positively make sure your
feeders are delivered when and where you need them.
Otherwise, your Christmas gifts
WILL POSITIVELY BE DELIVERED ON TIME!
Please allow us to work this process so everyone, including you, have their gifts on time.
Some west coast areas require 6 days.

Gift Shipping - When you place an order for a gift feeder, just let us know. We will remove
our packing list and add any gift message you desire. This is a free offering to you and there is
no charge for this service. During the check out process, you'll be asked to leave a "note" to us. Add
your gift message in the notes area and it will be received here along with your order. Furthermore, feel
free to instruct us as to what particular day you want the package delivered. We'll contact
FedEx and schedule your gift to arrive on the special day or the day before. If there is
anything we can do to assist you, please feel free to contact us. We are here to help.
Multiple Gift Locations - A popular service offered at Hurley-Byrd is for shipping
several feeders to several different recipients, all with your special message to that person.
This service is free of charge but additional and appropriate shipping costs are involved.
Each feeder's destination will be charged the appropriate shipping as per the item's total cost.
total price of the purchase, the order will be broken down into their respective packages
and the appropriate shipping cost will apply. There is no additional handling charge,
but each shipment will carry its exact FedEx shipping cost.
